On the night of June 3rd 2017, a friend and I watched football in a pub near Borough Market, London. Soon after the match had finished, three men drove a white van across the nearby London Bridge, hitting pedestrians.
After crashing on the other side – the men, armed with knives strapped to their wrists – began to roam the market, attacking people along the way.
Police shot the men dead by 10.16pm in Stoney Street, around 25 minutes after the football match ended. 8 people died and 48 were injured. Many more, continue to suffer.
